RM Woodworks is a custom cabinetry company rooted in tradition, craftsmanship, and a genuine passion for woodworking. Founder Roger Carbajal discovered his love for the craft in his high school wood shop class.

After high school he apprenticed with Gary Schultz Custom Cabinets, one of the best regarded custom cabinets shops in Los Angeles for 12 years. In 1997 he went on to spend decades further honing his skills at Paldino and Sons, a family-owned cabinetry business established in 1947 in Gardena, CA.

In 2025, following the passing of its longtime owner, Roger was entrusted with carrying on that legacy…continuing the same standard of quality and care that defined the business for generations.
